AJP CADD Design specializes in residential projects. Projects ranging from complete home plans, to additions, renovations and more. We design kitchens and bathrooms, as well as basic interior room design.
Along with our residential designs, we offer custom/replica garage, shed, and play home design. This is the latest trend in custom home sites in many areas of the country.
Residential Homes:
Our complete home plans are in conjunction with Anthony J. Pokusa Custom Homes and are available by complete custom design, or by choosing from our sample plans. Modifications to our sample plans are permitted and expected. All of our designs are geared towards the clients needs, requests, or wants. We will offer varying ideas and provide knowledgeable advice on construction materials and methods. Local projects have the option to let us help you find reputable builders in the area as well. Whether you want to renovate and existing space, add-on to your house, or modify the layout; AJP CADD Design has the tools and skills to bring that dream to life. We use various hardware and software to develop existing conditions first. Then we meet with you to figure out exactly what you want to do and get to work.
